payday wishlist (4)

From L-R
Essie Nail Polish in 'Bahama Mama' - Boots // Unicorn Ring Holder - Urban Outfitters //Floral Crepe Waistcoat - New Look //Fringe Shoe Boots - Topshop //Lace Triangle Bra in Black & Purple - Topshop // Fringed Bag - New Look // Multi Necklace - Oasis

Payday is fairly soon and I am pretty excited about what fashion shops have to offer at the moment as A/W will be coming around! I love Autumn as I find it so easy to style when I am going out and I just love jumpers. I absolutely love wearing dark nail polish and what better brand have some lovely colours, but Essie! I found this lovely purple colour which is called 'Bahama Mama', looks like a colour I will probably wear all the time. I am obsessed with jewellery storage especially ring holders as I have many rings. I saw this one from Urban Outfitters which is a Unicorn. I must have it . New Look are winning recently on Autumn items, if you walk into your local New Look store you will just fall in love with all the darks and floral's! Everything looks expensive but really they are pretty cheap. I especially love this crepe waistcoat which is the trend right now. I could imagine styling this for a day time and night time look. Now onto something that girls struggle with which is bra shopping. I have forever had a problem with buying bras, I really hate bras with wires in, I find them way too uncomfortable. So I was in Topshop recently and I did buy one of their lace triangle bras in a white colour and I have to say I am so impressed. No wires and now I feel so comfortable whenever I do wear it. But now I just need many more of them! An Autumn bag is essential and I absolutely adore this one from New Look. I love fringe and I love the colours. Lastly is just a multi necklace from Oasis. I have been loving Oasis' jewellery range at the moment and I love the idea of wearing 3 necklaces.

feelunique.com unboxing

On Tuesday night I saw that Feel Unique had a sale. I soon went on there and spent let's say over £30 on some goodies that I have wanted to try for ages and just felt like treating myself. I got the box this morning and here I am showing you what I did get. The sale is still on, I'm not sure how long for but you can now get an extra 10& off by using the code SALEBONUS10.

Zoella Soak Opera Bath & Soap Cream - I pretty much saw Zoella aka Zoe Sugg big Youtube Beauty/Vlogger's beauty range plenty of times in Superdrug and online but just never really thought of trying them, that was until I saw many reviews on blogs. I do love my bubble baths and fragrance shower gels so I just had to get this.

Zoella Fizz Bar - I'm pretty much cheating on Lush Cosmetics a bit here as I did buy a bath fizzer. I particularly liked the design on the packaging. I really cannot wait to give this a try and I'm sure I can use it many times I want to as it's quite large.

Bioderma Sensibio H20 Make-Up Removing Micelle Solution 100ml - I know I am a bit late on the beauty wagon with this next product. I have been wanting to see what all the fuss was about with this make-up remover for a long time. I'm currently using one similar which is the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water which is fairly cheaper to buy, but I have wanted to try this French pharmacy gem more. I'll soon find out which is better.

Topshop 5 Years Of Beauty Lips - I decided to pick up a Topshop lipstick randomly after seeing it was part of their 5 years anniversary collection. I went for a dark colour in Beguiled. I love a vampy shade especially for Autumn so I cannot wait to wear it. Also the packaging is rose gold, how can you not love it.

Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat - If you are like me someone who loves painting their nails but hate waiting for them to dry, then you must get your hands on this. I remember buying this many months ago but just never re-purchased it until Tuesday night. It really does do what it says. It makes your nails shine and makes them last such a long time. Get it while it is in the sale!

Urban Decay Make-Up Setting Spray 30ml - Another product I have been dying to try is Urban Decays setting spray for make-up. The amount of times I have gone out on date nights or night outs with my friends and my make-up just doesn't last at all. This will come in good handy for when I am going out with make-up on that I want to last through the day.

Let me know if you have tried any of these products as I would love to hear your thoughts!

lush the experimenter bath bomb

The other night I decided to use this bath bomb called The Experimenter as when I bought this I was very excited by it's fun multi-coloured feature, along with the glitter shimmer to it. When I put this in the bath, it quickly started to dissolve and the popping candy inside started popping straight away. It shoots out beautifully vibrant colours, it felt like a galaxy was being exploded in my bath. I had to Snapchat it straight away to my friends as it was just so beautiful. But then suddenly all the colours went away, it turned the water into a dark murky blue colour. I didn't particularly like the smell. Rather a mysterious smell as I can't really describe what it smells like. Then after you drain the water away you are then left with gold glitter which was too much of a problem to get rid of.
The smell afterwards on my skin smelt fantastic to be honest and my skin was very soft. I wasn't left with glitter all over my skin either. I think if I buy this again I would probably have to mix it with something that can make it bubbly to cover that horrible murky blue colour.

Have you tried The Experimenter?

lush pink flamingo bubble bar

Last week I went into Lush and pretty much came out with a lot of things, you can see that haul here. One of the products I picked up was a bubble bar called Pink Flamingo. It's a new Lush product and it's inspired by Summer fruity cocktails. Instead I think it smells more like sugary than fruity, kind of a mix between Snow Fairy and The Comforter (my two favourites.) Although the bath does smell lovely and makes my skin super soft, the smell doesn't linger on the skin which is a shame.
I was really looking forward to using this bubble bar as I absolutely love a nice chilled out bubble bath, but sadly this never really gave off many bubbles. I was expecting mounds of bubbles but instead I hardly got any at all. Also, I wouldn't really call it reusable as it was so flimsy on the stick that as soon as it hit under the tap, it pretty much crumbled off after one use. I was really hoping that I would be able to use this for 2 or 3 more baths at least.
The colours do look pretty though as it hits the water. It creates an orange/pink foam which is a lovely touch. The bath didn't look as exciting afterwards and my skin just never felt nourished as other bubble bars make it feel. I think I'm going to have to stick to my loved: The Comforter as it gives me all the bubbles I need.

Were you disappointed too?

lush haul (2)

So yesterday I popped into town mainly to get another four disney tsum tsums, but then Lush happened. I heard Lush had new products in so I had to pop in and have a look. But looking turned into buying and here is a haul of what I bought.

Skydancer Far From The Madding Guns - Bath Bomb : Starting with a new bath bomb and it's one that is rather important. Profits from each and every one of these help fund equipment to satellite, tag endangered hen harrier chicks born in the coming years. I didn't know about this until I spoke to a girl that worked in the Lush store about it. They're only limited edition so if you could get your hands on one easily then please do because it will help protect the UK's precious and highly endangered hen harries. It also smells amazing!

Fizzbanger - Bath Bomb : Normally when I do go into Lush I tend to pick up a random bath bomb that I haven't tried yet, but I decided to get this Fizzbanger as it apparently has popping candy in it. It smells absolutely gorgeous, I really cannot wait to use this one.

Frozen - Bath Bomb'Let it go, let it gooooooo, you can't hold me back any mooooore!' Do I really have to explain why I picked up this bath bomb? It's called Frozen for god sake. The name plays the part when it comes to the design - a pale, pearly-blue shell decorated with a darker blue waist band. Exactly how you would imagine a Frozen-inspired bath bomb to look like.

Creamy Candy - Bubble Bar : This is from the original range, so you can purchase this in any Lush store/online. It always reminds me of the Snow Fairy shower gel that you get in the Christmas range and the Magic Wand also in the range. It has a very soft floral smell which feels very girly and creates lovely bubbles, so I always tend to repurchase this one.

Pink Flamingo - Bubble Bar : Again another new product which is a bubble bar! I was so attracted to this because it's a flamingo shaped and a glowing neon pink. I was so worried when picking one up as the stick is very flimsy so I'm worried in case it falls off completely when I do use it as I want to get as much as I can out of it.

Think Pink - Ballistic : This is one of my most used bath bombs, I absolutely love it. It works better than most of the bigger ballistics. The smell isn't too over powering it it contains vanilla and tonka. I like to use this as an evening bath as it contains lavender oil which helps you feel calm and soothes you.

The Experimenter - Bath Bomb : Another new bath bomb and this one really did catch my eye. I love the vibrant colours and it is so glittery! I honestly cannot wait to see what this does in my bath as it is just incredibly made.

my beauty flaws

I saw some of these posts floating around and I thought I would give it a go, as I have failed on a few beauty related things. You could also relate to any of these or you could just laugh. So really this is just a fun post. If you are wondering what the products are that are in the picture then click on the links below.
Pug Make-Up Bag - Catseye London // Real Technique Make Up Brushes - Boots // W7 In The Nude Palette - Amazon // Collection Concealer - Boots //Revlon Colorburst Lipstick - Boots // Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation - Boots // Shiseido Eyelash Curler - Boots //Topshop Cream Blush - Topshop // Rimmel Powder - Superdrug // Soap & Glory Eyeliner - Boots

1. Starting with brows and I have never touched them myself. When I say that I mean I have never tweezed them, waxed them and shaped them myself. My mum always used to pluck them for me as I was always scared of messing them up and she does do a good job. But sometime last year I decided to get some professional help, so now I get them threaded which sounded painful at first for me but boy, they do a good job.

2. I've never liked false eye lashes. Because well I can't apply them. I just can't. I've only ever tried applying them once and they just looked a mess. Now I just stick to eye lash curlers and mascara, pretty much my friends think I'm wearing individual lashes some days because my lashes look so long!

3. Contouring, well I can't do that either. I know when you buy some contour kits you get a book explaining how to do it but I still can't quite figure it out. If you can contour then I applaud you and you should come over and teach me.

4. I constantly forget to clean my make-up brushes. I used to clean them at least once a week but because I work constantly it always seems to run away out of my mind. But now I'm trying to make note to myself to clean them as often as I can. So, their not always dirty.

5. I apply more concealer on my face than foundation. I have the worst bags under my eyes and I have horrible redness around my nose so I tend to apply so much concealer around those areas than foundation. My foundation doesn't give much coverage as I have never liked foundations which make your face look so matte. So I always try and cover as much as I can with concealer.

6. I don't wear enough lip balm. I know that if you're going to wear lipstick for the day you apply lip balm before the lipstick so it keeps it moisturised and lasts longer, but I never do it. I love my lipsticks and the amount of times my lips have gone chapped from wearing them for a whole day is pretty gross.

If you related to any of these then please let me know so I am not alone.

payday wishlist (3)

Tassel Tie Front Cami - New Look // Tassel Hem Wrap - New Look // Floppy Hat - Topshop // Graphic Pouch - Forever 21 // Make The Boys Cry Tee - Topshop // Compact Mirror - Forever 21 // Grey Ripped Skinny Jeans - New Look // Stone Cuff - Forever 21 //
Payday is tomorrow and It's that time when I made a wishlist for the month. I have been loving tassel tie front cami's, I have seen them everywhere and New Look have a few different ones in their sale so if you are looking into purchasing one then the sale is the place to go! Many years ago I had a hem wrap and it was the best thing I ever had in my wardrobe. Now, I really want one again for this Autumn/Winter and this one from New Look especially the print. Recently I tried on a few floppy hats in a few shops and I was told that they really suited me which I found hard to believe until a few other people told me. So now I really want one to style this Autumn. Forever 21 always have some lovely accessories especially make up bags and bag essentials including this pouch which I adore. Also this compact mirror which is always a handbag essential and I mainly use mine to apply my lipstick so this one seems acceptable to have. I have seen many of these tees around the blog world and as soon as I saw this one on the Topshop website I had to add it to my list. I always adore New Look jeans, they never seem so sag or baggy so all my jeans are from New Look. Now I am looking into buying this pair which are grey and have those ripped knees. Lastly back to accessories from Forever 21, I love their jewellery so much. So affordable and last a long time. I was never one for bracelets but now I can see how much they help style a plain outfit, so this stone cuff is the top of my list.

W7 in the nude eye colour palette

A couple of days a go I went on a small shopping spree and I came across this palette in the beauty aisle in a retail store. I had seen these around before but just never thought to buy it, until that day. The first thing I thought was "what a dupe of the Naked 3 palette!" and then I just loved the colours instantly. I have wanted the Naked palettes for a long time now but I really wanted to find dupes so I didn't have to cash out the £38.00. So I took this home and gave it a little try the next day.

As I expected the eye shadows are nice and pigmented. I mean not beautifully buttery like the Naked palettes, but it's enough so it's enjoyable to apply and easy of course. I always used an eye shadow primer before applying eye shadow and I've noticed that it makes the colours in the palette look so vibrant and last so much longer. There are shades that I will probably use mostly for an everyday look but I cannot wait to adventure into the darker shades for a dramatic/evening appropriate look.

This palette is SUCH good value for money(It was around £4 in B&M Bargains.) Even more so if you are comparing it between this and the Naked palettes! The eye shadows do get the job done nicely but they just lack that butteriness that the Naked palettes offer you.

Have you got this palette?
