Today I thought I would share with you a few home snippets, starting with my beauty storage. This part of my bedroom is all on my dresser that holds my fragrances, muji storage and nail polishes. I'm so happy with how this is currently looking. I do move it around every now and then but as it all stands, I'm keeping it how it is.
Starting off with my muji drawers which are topped with my make-up brushes which are held in two muji pots that I got recently as I wanted my smaller brushes separate from my bigger ones. Also added a Smith & Cult nail polish in Poppy Red and my Ghost Dream Fragrance.
In all the drawers I decided to store all my lip products. The first drawer stores my Kate Moss Rimmel Lipsticks that I wear daily. Second drawer has all my NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams. In the last drawers they have various lipsticks by Soap & Glory, Revlon, Clinique and Topshop. In my lipstick holder that I got from Ebay at only £1 has my MAC Lipsticks.
I have my smaller fragrance's close by so I can pop one of them in my handbag so I can top up throughout the day. I love the Marc Jacobs Daisy roll on fragrance that I got with the larger bottle version. My Victoria's Secret roll on fragrance is also another favourite of mine.
My nail polishes are all stored on this cage that I got from Urban Outfitters a long time ago now but I am sure you can find one similar somewhere. I mostly have my Essie's and Models Own. I have this next to my jewellery stand that I kindly got as a present from one of my friends, I think it was from New Look originally. My necklace's dangle from it along with my earrings that I hardly ever wear anymore. It's rose gold and just stands out!

Suddenly Spring is upon us in the UK and I couldn't be more happier. As much as I love Winter, I adore tulips springing up along with daffodils. Little things like the air smelling of freshly cut grass (even though I have hay-fever) and seeing neighbours getting out their washing line because the sun is shining, makes me so happy.
Now I had to say goodbye to the tones of berries, I'm slowly getting back into the pastel colours. Right now I am loving blush pink, especially on clothes.
For highlighting my dewy Spring skin, I love to use the Sleek Solstice Highlighting Palette. Pairing this with a pinky coral blusher like Revlon Racy Rose Powder Blush gives me a natural look.
I don't have many bright lipsticks but I did pull out this Revlon ColorBurst Lacquer Balm in "Demure". This is a shy pink colour, easy to apply and it's shiny. The other day I decided to get this NYX Professional Matte Lipstick in "Antwerp". I had seen this colour on a couple of people but was scared to give it a try as it is quite 'out there' meaning bright. But I really think this could be a favourite for Spring and Summer.
For fragrance, I've pulled out my favourite Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream. It has a soft feminine scent along with the pretty daisy bottle. It's the perfect fragrance for the warmer weather! For a lovely body mist I love this Pink Grapefruit from The Body Shop. I tend to wear this one quite a lot especially in the warmer days. For something sweet I tend to grab Zoella's Sweet Inspirations Mist.
On my nails, I will be wearing a lot of Essie Mint Candy Apple which is a lovely pastel blue colour. Another one, Essie Meet Me At Sunset, is a bright orange/red shade that I just can't get enough of!
For a little bit of pamper, Lush Lemony Flutter is great for giving your cuticles a little helping. The scent reminds me of lemon curd, so beware you might want to eat your fingers after you have applied this. Another product for your hand is this Pink Grapefruit Hand Cream from The Body Shop. Their hand creams are my favourite, they make your hands feel lovely and not claggy.

When it comes to buying beauty products, I think that we do like to save some money. Some high-end can be expensive and off putting as we want try out these brand new products that everybody is raving about, especially to create great content on your blog. I have been to TK Maxx twice now and I have came across some little beauty treasures at low prices.
You have to go at the right time because as it gets to mid day so many people come by testing out the product so it gets damaged or just taking the product out of the box without even paying. Unfortunately I did come across some products that were not in their packaging. I was disappointed as some were NARS or Too Faced. But luckily for me I have been both times at around 11am and have found these gems that I am about to tell you about in good condition.
A few days ago I found the Too Faced Cat Eyes palette for under £10, which if you think about it is pretty spectacular considering it retails at around the £20 mark. I think it had just got delivered that morning as the condition was great. There were quite a few, so I may go back and pick one up for a giveaway for you lovelies! Next I picked up the Too Faced Bulletproof Eyeliner for just £5.99! The box that it came in is in perfect condition and so is the product. I have already given this a try and I absolutely love it.
The beauty section always has so many nail polishes, but these three Essie ones caught my eye. I decided to grab Starry Stormy Night, Coconut Cove and Pool Side Service. These were £2.99 each and I was really chuffed. My Essie collection is now growing much faster now.
Lastly I picked up two NYX Powder Blushes I picked up Terra Cotta and Dusty Rose. These were £4.99 each. Overall I am very chuffed with what I have picked up from TK Maxx. Let me know if you would like to see more of these because I won't be able to keep away from the beauty section.

Before I start I would just like to say that I do realise that the bottles are in the wrong places but that shouldn't bother anybody...just me. #OCDProblems. I bought this lovely set from Fragrance Direct which sell discounted Make Up and they sold this at just £5.99! This set consists of a a 5ml bottle of First Base, a 5ml bottle of Mademoiselle and a 5ml bottle of Good To Go Top Coat. All of the nail polishes apply like a dream, with no streakiness at all. Plus, both the first base and the top coat dry fairly quickly so it reduces the time taken to do manicures, which is always a bonus. However, when I was applying Mademoiselle, it did take around 3 thick coats to make it fully opaque, but this could just be down to how pale the shade is.
After I wore the kit for a little more than a week, there was a few chips, but nothing that you would notice unless you were really staring at your nails. I can definitely see myself buying the first coat and the top coat in the future as I was really impressed by them, they both left my nails feeling so strong and shiny. The Mademoiselle nail polish is definitely a pretty shade once it's fully painted onto your nails. It was such a bargain from £14.99 which is the normal price in Boots and Superdrug. I know that Fragrance Direct have sadly sold out but TK Maxx do also sell this at the same price that I paid for.
